Meet The Founder
Kendra Pruitt
Kendra Pruitt was born and raised in Newport, Arkansas. Kendra served as President of her class and on Student Council during her time at Newport High School. She graduated Valedictorian of her class at NHS in 2006 and went on to attend Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. At Ouachita, Kendra played two years for the Lady Tigers basketball team and served in various academic capacities throughout campus including: co-chair of the Ouachita Student Foundation, President of the business school’s Students In Free Enterprise organization, various student advisory boards, Reaching Out to Multicultural Students President, and Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society, just to name a few.
Kendra graduated magna cum laude from Ouachita in May 2010 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and continued her educational and leadership pursuit at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. While at the University of Arkansas, Kendra was very active serving in various organizations including Business Law Society and President of the Black Law Student Association, while studying and working various legal clerkships. In addition, Kendra founded Club R.E.S.T.O.R.E. in August 2011 as a means to give back, reach, and empower the youth in her hometown and beyond. She completed her Juris Doctor degree in May 2013 and passed the Arkansas Bar in July 2013.
Kendra has practiced law with a prominent law firm in Little Rock since August 2013, while maintaning her commitment and passion to improve underserved communities through youth and community service. Kendra remains active in various communities throughout Arkansas through public speaking, community organizing, and other initiatives.
